Background Items : Background items are any objects that are added to the Slide Master that appear on all of the slides in a presentation that follow the Slide Master’s formatting. Any object on the master, other than the master title and text, is considered to be a background item, including art, logos, the date and time, slide numbers, and the presentation name.
